How would this be done though? When those things (armor/weapons) are broken or needing charge I can understand how an icon could come on. but with food, the default is no food so you'd get an icon when you have eaten it? Also, it is on the buff timers so that has it covered for me.

The default is no food, but food provides the single biggest combat advantage of any piece of your build. It's 100% necessary to keep up. Much more so than weapon enchants or even a piece of gear that may break.

Yes of course, I understand and agree, unless it's trash mobs in overland I usually don't play without food active. But my question would be the "programming logic" or how to implement it. Currently, If the default is no food, that would mean that when there is no food buff an icon would be on at all times. That might seem strange to a new player for example. Unless youre thinking, if a food buff was recently active, then an icon could be displayed temporarily to inform you it ran out. Otherwise I might say the buff timer would seem more efficient.
In ESO there is nothing more infuriating than food going down in combat without realizing it. Please add a red food icon to the UI just like the weapon charge / armor repair indicators. Some UI code monkey could add this on a Monday before he even gets his first cup of coffee am I right @ZOS_GinaBruno?

Lemme guess, you're on Console. This has been part of Srendarr's Buff/Debuff Tracker for a while now.
On PC I use a buff tracker - if I only played PvE it wouldn't be a big deal, just one check for food before each dungeon/trial. It's really PvP that makes this necessary since it's more non-stop and long-lasting action.
Seriously though, why would anyone be nay-saying this suggestion. I don't hear anyone campaigning against the weapon/armor charge indicators that are already in game. Food has a much greater impact on combat than both of those things combined, so why not?

I just keep my food on the quick launch wheel. I can go down and be back up mid combat within about 2 seconds.

This is all I'm looking for. It would be best if included in the base UI, but for now what's the name of the one you're using Twenty0zTsunami ?
