NB agony skill causing health desync

When I use the NB siphoning skill agony my health doesn't go down even though I can see from addons that I took 5k damage. Sometimes it does show the damage taken but most of the time I don't see any damage taken. In addition I would like to add that this skill is rather useless due to the health cost and should probably be changed to magicka because it would make the health desync go away and make the skill useful.

Synapsis123✭✭✭✭Yeah this skill is utterly useless in pvp. I've tried using it and I' m not going to bother until it's fixed / buffed to not cost 1/4 of my health.0
