boombazookajd✭✭✭✭✭vet dungeons. I'd recommend starting in banished cells and fungal grotto. They are very easy to tank. You'll find that HM is still quite easy to do in the first dungeons.
The "1's" are easier and shorter than the "2's". Tank them first but I'd make sure you aren't on a "snowflake" anything build.
Considering you haven't tanked a vet dungeon, I'd stay out of any of the trials.

✭Vet dungeons are more forgiving imo. Trials, even on normal, can be tough if your group is new to trials and has low dps.
Most people would be happy to have you in their group since you're a tank, provided that you're cp160+.Kiss the chaos.1 -

✭✭Don't hold yourself back from either. Craglorn trials (AA, SO and HRC) on normal are super easy, I've yet to meet a pug that hasn't been able to finish them fairly easily.2 -

@GrumpyDuckling it's a light armor 5 brass 1 lord warden 5 trainee frost/resto build. 33k mag 33k hp 50% resistance. Dampen shields all day.0 -
