I just have a 42 Samsung LED TV. I just have the Xbox connecting directly to the TV. Nothing fancy, nothing crazy going on. It's an Xbox One S.

Are you using Gamemode or another mode?
Thie specifics matter cause your question is better answered if we know the exact model or settings.
Could be a simple tweak and no need to upgrade but I don’t think this has 240 Htz so the frame rate of the Xbox one x question....Is say don’t worry about the console if the main focus is FPS and load speed.
