Commander Personality bug?

I just bought it for my dk tank cuz why not? and I noticed that the jogging animation doesn't work? only the walking one...so its just me or? some guildies said its fine for them so then again could it be bugged only for female characters?

✭✭I've used the Commander personality for quite a while, on a male Imperial and male Orc. As far as I know, there is no personality-specific jog/run animation, only standing & walking. (And whatever emotes it says it alters.)0 -

It looks kind of ridiculous on my male Khajiit, which is not necessarily a bad thing. But, no idea if it actually works as advertised after you buy it. I didn't.0 -
JJBoomer✭✭✭✭✭I got the commander personality when it first came out and there was never a special jog/run animation for it. So maybe the bug is that it says there is one. because as long as i've had it, jog and run have been the default animations lol. just standing and walking are different.2

This post was really helpful! After taking a gander at the preview in the Crown Store, I can confirm that the personality is working just fine for me, on both a male and female Imperial.
I think the issue here is:
1) The walk and jog are so super similar you really gotta be looking for the difference to notice.
2) What they're calling "Jog" is a feature currently only available to controller users, to my knowledge. You're either walking, running ("full speed" forward without sprinting), or sprinting (using Stamina) on a keyboard. Jog only happens when you're pushing the joystick slightly past walking speed on a controller, so that might be what you're missing, OP.

✭✭✭✭✭It exists. I just managed to produce it on PCNA. Here's the problem. The normal movement speed is running. If you toggle down, you'll walk. The jog animation is between these two points. (If you hold down shift, you sprint.) So, on PC, the only way to see the jog animation is to pull out a controller and move around using analog sticks. You can't, "normally," move at that speed.
So... the animation is there, you just can't access it.
EDIT: Also the walk and jog animations transition between each other fluidly. Which is kinda neat to see, honestly.Edited by starkerealm on February 21, 2018 12:56AM0 -
