New skin/personality is a great PVE incentive! (pics included)

As a sweaty try hard pvper, the sweatiest pvp guild and myself PvPotatoed through both DLC dungeon challenge modes for a 12 hour marathon of cheap beer, sweat, and salty tears (and angry spouses). Rewards through challenges and not in the crown store are the hallmark of game design.

Nah.

More crown cosmetics, less game cosmetics. Combat design in this game isn't it's strong suit, we need less focus on the rewards until the thing approaches something akin to decent design.

Allthough if we sell variations I'd be fine with it.

I couldn't agree more. In a game with tens of thousands or more players, those who push themselves to excel ought to get something to show for it. And those who do not should be provided with incentive.

Congrats. I'm still chasing the achievements, and I consider it worth the effort.

Nah I screenshot with snipping tool cause lazy, does cause a lot of pixelation however.

Although I play on 21: 9 UHD or w/e so the screenshots never look good on 16:9 screens

My wife and I are quite casual players (mostly casually zerging around in PvP) but we're pretty decent in PvE also (I play dd and her tank)

As soon as we saw the worm cult personality on PTS we made it our mission to get it

No death was pretty simple, hard mode not so much. Tried it with a couple of pug groups (but good players), and on our third round trying today we finally got it. I clutched it at the end beaming the boss with a collosus following me about to do his heavy attack

So after 12 hours or so we finally got it, and we are over the moon(s) with it! Incentives like this are absolutely awesome and we hope ZOS continues to do stuff like this in the future, not just skins

As for the scalecaller skin, we don't really like the look of it so probably won't be going for those achievs any time soon. Time to relax, and play casually once again

Achievement cosmetics are a must. I can't help but feel that so much content is getting ring fenced for the loot crates and crown store. Its utter cancer.

I do want to be constructive, but its hard to add much more. I like playing ESO up to a point. I like unlocking stuff, the robe of the 6th house was fantastic, I really enjoyed the grind to get it (I'm not being sarcastic, it was fun and kept me at it for a long time! trading pieces was fantastic too). I also liked the Telvanni personality type and how you had to complete a quest chain to eventually unlock it.

Please make a point of including more! In hindsight it would have been awesome if a fighters guild and mages guild outfit was unlocked on completion of those two quest lines.

The fun of unlocking stuff is ruined by having to crack out a credit card for pretty close to 99% of everything else. Zenimax need to strike a better balance between being shareholder friendly and consumer friendly. I'm keen to see how things go over the next year to the summer isles expansion/chapter. If things either stay the same or get worse I will need to make a decision on my subscription. I've paid £50 for the base game, £40 for Morrowind, probably spent about £100 (give or take) in total on crowns and thats all underpinned with an almost continuous subscription since release.
You already get an additional £120 a year from me so FFS get away from my wallet and make content which is more fulfilling and rewarding. I'm kind of at my wits end with you dipping into my pocket.

lol the MAIN reason i play this instead of other mmos is because the combat. well and the way the class/skill/gear system is set up so not everyone is the same like every other major mmo

I would also like them to add some kind of cosmetic rewards to achievements already in the game. The craglorn trials should definitely have something, as they are easier than the other trials, maybe just for the achievement for completing all 3 HMs? Could do a cool celestial skin!

Believe it or not there is probably more ppl playing on there SNES Classic than there are ppl playing Elder scrolls online
just a few month of it being out it sold 4milion+

the majority of cosmetic content is crown exclusive, we need more game cosmetics to earn with skill and not our wallets

Would love a mount and pet as rewards for next dungeon challenger achievements. Haven’t had a pet since the vICP/vWGT and a mount would be amazing.

They have SO many crown cosmetics already, many of which I missed out on since I've only been playing a couple of months, many of which I would buy except.......reasons? They aren't available....Surely if they were always available they would make more money than some faux limitation to give peeps that shortlived feeling of uniqueness?

But yeah more game-earned cosmetics would be great.

Congratulations, but why must they lessen bought cosmetics to broaden unlockables? Why punish players who give two fu- about achieving something in a damn videogame when all they care about is making their toon look a certain way? Plenty of room to do both, imho.

You prefer WoW's combat system? Or SWTOR's one? ESO's combat design is pretty dope, especially when you look at Maw of Lorkhaj which is, in my opinion, the best group instance mechanic wise that was done to date in this game.
