I don't know if this passive is working as intended (probably not in my opinion), but today I fought a magicka sorcerer, and I killed him. And then one ganker came and I died instantly. But not from the ganker and his damages, but because the magicka sorcerer has not released and was still close to the fight, and suddenly implosion worked and achieved me. How is that possible to this passive work even when the player is dead?
Is it intended? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_Wrobel

Most likely. On the other hand, it wouldn't surprise me if it's just part of the code. You know, the same code that drops skoria after death etc.

All procs work after death as well, regardless of the origin. Some common examples coming up.
On my MagDK I can die and post-death my dots (which are still ticking btw) can proc Skoria and kill the enemy. Similar situation with Earthgore which can proc on target being healed by HoTs even after the healer is dead.

Unlikely, my ping is under 100 and it happened fews minutes ago, not in primetime when cyrodiil is full of zergs.
Also, the magsorc died 30 seconds before the attempt of the ganker.
