As a Templar we have no disengage and most guides recommend using mistform to compensate. I just hate vampirism. Does anyone run Templar in Cyrodil or BGs as a healer without it that can recommend other ways to deal with lack of mobility/escape?
I always ran in a group, it's Cyrodiil. I don't understand why people seem to insist that running large group PVP there is such a bad thing? BG's are a lot different though.

But what does that have to do with the battlefield mobility? IMO you would need it in large and small groups alike.
Enemy has to kill the zerg before getting this one, khajit drink an invisibility potion and hides, then res, group take outpost who stops enemy reinforcement and letting us roll them up like an sweet-roll.I always ran in a group, it's Cyrodiil. Yeah, but you do need to be pretty tanky and accept you're going to get cc'd, especially when your group leaves you in the dust because you have no stam after breaking free and no one else in group is willing to slot purge and despite all the times I hear a group leader promise to protect the healer, they never do.
Immov pots help too. Don't rely on the piddly ones that the siege merchant sells tho--you'll need the real, crafted stuff.
I run one temp healer that's not a vamp and one that is. Honestly I think the non-vamp makes for a better pvp healer as she doesn't get killed as easily and due to being an altmer actually has better resource management when wearing the same gear as my vamp Arognian healer, and thus has a slight edge in survivability, because she can heal herself better and for longer in bad situations (Breton is another good option for a non-vamp pvp healer for same reason).
The perks of being a vamp in pvp, I feel, is a little overpraised--they're good if they fit your playstyle but they're not that awesome that everyone needs to be a vamp. A lot comes down to your gear and playstyle. You can deal with getting cc'd by being tanky or you can use Mist. Spec according to your choice.
