Trial crash kick

Hello,
Currently one of the healers in our trial group keeps getting kicked to the logging in screen at boss % 25-30. Strangely enough its always around this amount and its basicly only in any trial. In dungeons nothing happens.
Its not even a full crash, just a kick to log in screen. Does anyone know a fix? Because currently its a harsh thing to drop at 25% health...
Scrap that, it can happen at any % of the boss.. but there is no lagg for the rest for the healer. Its only in Trials.
