Game Will Not Run

The game will no longer run for me. It immediately crashes with a fatal 11 error after I click play. I've already reinstalled the launcher and deleted my addons folder and updated my graphics card. None of those things have fixed the issue. The launcher version, after reinstalling, says 1.3.6 but it should be 3.3.6 I think? Also, as far as I can tell, there is no longer a repair option on the launcher.
