So I got accused for 'bow macro' ?

Is macros even a thing in eso? especially ones with a bow. I was playing battlegrounds and was doing pretty well on a deathmatch with around 17 kills and 6 deaths and some assists. I got a message being accused for macroing, I tried to search this on Youtube, no results of people being spotted using one? just animation cancelling guides.

In all seriousness, he probably got health-desynced from snipe+lag and doesn't know what to blame it on.

Yeah that was what he accused me for, snipe and poison injection. I tend to snipe from little bit far away and with speed potion start second snipe and close the distance, they tend to hit faster I think since less travel time and after the two snipes I tend to poison injection. Thing is too, he was accusing me for getting it all done in under 1 second? I thought snipe takes longer than 1 second.

Oh not to mention, bow wasn't even my style of finishing people off, was ambush to executioner or incap strike. So dunno

What is happening is all of your attacks are landing within a second even though it is taking you 3-4 to cast. It is a great combo if you can land it.

Best bow combo is IMO stamplar.

Snipe does so very commonly. You hear the "tiss" of it hitting multiple times in 1s and your health drops due to desyncs. Don't worry, can't really report you or anything.

There is a bug with snipe that causes successive snipes to appear to arrive with no warning and nearly simultaneously.

It could be lag, but it seems to be a mechanical thing. It seems to only happen at near max range, could have to do with attacking someone from one "cell" to another.

It used to bypass Miat's as well.

I can tell you that everytime it happened I was basically called a hacker/cheater/exploiter. It's pretty hard to do anything funky with a bow/snipe with animation cancelling though... Really the only thing you can do is cancel the snipe animation with dodge roll just past the halfway mark of the cast time, and that doesn't cause what I said.

The only thing I can attest to is that it does happen from time to time, usually from max to near max range (and a lot of time out of bow light/heavy attack range). When they get hit, there is little to nothing to be done about it from their end, so I get their frustration. I guess the thing to keep in mind is you can get 2 arrows in the air (and in certain scenarios 3) without damaging someone. Arrows in the air will ignore los (as the cast finished with a 2nd los check).

My guess is it's a projectiles in the air crossing a cell divide thing possibly with some lag (or difference in lag) between the cells or within either cell.
