Had a friend message me last night before I got off that I had to come see how many bots were farming Werewolves in Camlorn so I went over there and I could not believe my eyes at how many bots there were there. I reported some of them but there were so many I maybe only got a small fraction of how many were there. Their pets were all in the way and many of the gamer-tags were similar in that they were bar-code style and impossible to tell apart when trying to report them all. The ticket numbers are below:

I hope that the ZoS team takes these reports seriously. This infestation of bots on Xbox NA has been out of control recently. Camlorn is also a early starting quest area for DC players so them coming in and seeing something like this gives a bad first impression about how ZoS polices the game. There must've been 30-40 bots all freely farming thousands and thousands of scraps. Camlorn has been reported on these message boards MULTIPLE times as being a bot-hot-spot and yet here we are again. Please increase the game-master presence on Xbox NA because the current level of enforcement is NOT GOOD. If you don't want to hire more people I will work for crowns. MY DMS ARE OPEN

Shoot, they hire can me. I'll clear out all those bots. And the ones I've been personally finding in Alikr. Then I report all the numerous bugs that need to be fixed lol.

Where in Alikir? I always see them on the coastline west of sentinel killing mudcrabs. I've reported sooo many there.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_Wrobel Seriously, it is so bad. People have offered to game master for free, to rid Tamriel of this plague and we can't even get a reply. Say something, Say we don't care or the problem is to big to fix or deal with, but for the love of the Nines say something. We report and sure enough there they are still plugging along. How is this different than the XP glitch with the latest DLC, or any other bug. We get notices, updates on decisions, the length of the ban, etc. And yet nothing is ever said about this. Your silence is complicity to which we should all just get on the bottting wagon.

You know, in light of everything, I'm thinking back to one of my favorite books, White Teeth.

"Mo believed that with pigeons you have to get to the root of the problem: not the excretions but the pigeon itself. The *** is not the *** (this was Mo's mantra); the pigeon is the ***."

Transferred to our issue, the bots aren't the problem. The people behind the bots are. So while reporting is helping, ZOS may have shifted gears and started going after individuals outside the game as opposed to just the bot trains in it.
So I wouldn't take the presence of bots to be an indication that ZOS isn't doing anything about it.

Why isn't there a GM that is dedicated to just trolling the lands in search of bots to ban?

Fair enough, and I get your point. How would replying to the community via the official forums hinder that approach? By saying nothing we are left to speculate, and considering there is no shortage of bots, the likely conclusion is they are not doing anything, irrespective if they are because they are silent to the subject.

Ok Confucius but I want the bots Gone. My other friend who farms there reported too. It's always the same places, Camlorn, Stonetooth, Silvenar, Rivenspire outside that one delve, Alakir coastline, they just need to have GMs patrol the 5-7 bot-hot-spots every day. As I said I have some free time and will do it for them on Xbox NA they just need to contact me.

    EXACTLY!
ZOS will fast ban players for earning EXP that does nothing to hurt the majority of the player base

but when it comes to people destroying the community economy ZOS does nothing.. :(

True enough, but they could at least give us some indication that something is being done. I have also reported Camlorn and Alik'r bots. And probably others, but those two are the most recent. Also saw some in Betnikh.

Wouldn't you rather they spend time banning Imperial City experience exploiters instead? Or people who bought giant mansions for 1 crown?
