Drop Rate on Hlaalu/Telvanni/Redoran Motif Pages

Since the Dragon Bones patch I have been stealing in Vvardenfell the same amount as I was before the patch. I haven't found a single motif page since the patch. Before the patch I would easily find multiple pages in just a couple of hours, usually the first within just a couple of minutes. I don't find in the patch notes that this rate was adjusted but it is possible I missed something. Anyone else having the same thing occurring for them?

Reread patch notes. It mentioned the motifs with slightly (means hammered into the dirt) lowered drop chances.

Cannot confirm this. Any toon I log in with, I do a pickpocket round and got any motif after a few minutes. Haven't noticed a lower drop rate then before.
