Help me! with customer support regarding purchasing Crown Store Items for someones birthday

Hi everyone,

This is my first post and unfortunately not a good post. I could really do with someone's help.

I recently contacted customer support (8th February 2018) as I read on here that I can purchase crown store items for another account via customer support for a birthday on 14th February 2018. 2 hours later I received an email from someone stating is had "been escalated to a specialized team for further investigation. A member of this team will contact you as soon as possible." I waited a day nothing. So I replied to the escalations email stating that it did resolve my issue as at the bottom of the email it says to reply if it doesn't resolve my issue.

A whole 8 hours passed until I received an email from an individual from the team (I will not name names and point fingers at this point,) and they said to purchase the crowns, reply to them with the items I would like to purchase and the @name or email address of their account. So I purchased a (£74.99) 14000 Crowns pack off of the store part of this website and replied to them approximately 25 minutes later stating "I have the crowns on my account, the items I wanted to purchase are ....... for 8500 crowns and the @name is @........"

I haven't heard from them since. It has been 10 days now since I started this fiasco. The birthday was on 14th February 2018 and I still have a lot of unused and unwanted crowns on my crown account, I had to purchase other birthday gifts for the person as I felt bad and I have sent an email everyday since asking what is going on? I have tried making 2 new tickets since in the hope that this one got lost somewhere or overlooked but they keep getting closed almost immediately for being a duplicate.

I'm not asking for a refund of crowns as I know that I can't. All I am asking for is a human being to speak to me about what went wrong and also for the birthday gifts be delivered to persons account as I have no need for the crowns on my account.

So is there anyone that can help out? I have had to create a forum account, 12 emails, 3 tickets, spend £74.99, had to buy a replacement birthday present for more money and a lot of frustration all because an individual from customer support told me to purchase the crowns and they can sort everything out if they have the @name and items, which they haven't.

I hate to say it but at this moment I feel like support has scammed me out of £74.99. I understand I bought crowns and received crowns but with the intention of spending them on someone else via a service via customer support which has not happened.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Leeofham

Send a new email to teso_help@mailmw.custhelp.com with Crown Store gifting program
Ask it to be forwarded to Mykael in your first line.

Then copy your original gift list and recipient's username, while telling him to void the prior request so it's not duplicated on your account.

Then give it a few days for reply, as tomorrow is a federal holiday and some people may have the day off.

I submitted a ticket in the first place and got a reply, but then nothing for 10 days. I tried submitting 2 more tickets and they both got closed within 10 mins for being duplicates.

Ill give what acrolas says a go and hopefully it will work.

You don't give the crowns; you buy the crowns and gift the items.

I bought the crowns and gifted the Clockwork City dlc to a friend. Took a couple of emails and it was done with no problems.

I've also gifted a couple of mounts from the store without any problems.

@Acrolas I emailed that email they created a ticket from my email and closed it immediately.

This is getting stupid, 4 closed tickets now. Is there any ZOS support staff on here that can help?
