pvp weapons chests are great but...

So i made a mule chara to open up rewards of they worthey and filter them with from the valid i need and the ones i dont. I opened my end of camp rewards and got the weapon chest that was introduced this patch. But i cant open the chest nor can i bank it to put on a toon that is max level. please make them bankable zos ty
