Hide Helmet not working

I go to Collections > Outfit Styles, right click on the Hide Helmet icon and choose "Equip". My helmet disappears. I exit the panel and my helmet reappears. This happens whether i exit the panel by using the hot key, clicking on "Exit" or using a hot key to bring up another panel. This behavior happens on multiple characters. They're not wearing costumes or polymorphs.

✭✭✭✭✭Have you tried using the "Hide Your Helm" Hat under Collections? That should for costumes amd outfits, but not disguises.
Collections - Appearrance - Hats - Hide Your Helm
If you use ploymorphs, its under Settings - Gameplay - Hide Polymorph Helm0 -
