suggestion for dog models

could they please be updated? at least the original few dogs from early days of crown store/game. newer dogs have a selection of idle animations they go through and properly rendered mouths with teeth and tongue etc. older models on the other hand have this.. red maw and no idle animations to speak of. especially since they are currently advertised as part of a sale

it would really be nice if they were brought up to the quality of later released pets. thank you

I'd just like it if they gave the earlier dog models some teeth. Poor things can't chew their food.

The older dogs have to gum their food.

The newer dog models, on the other hand, look amazing. I can't wait 'til they come out with the alliance war dog without that armor on it. (A version without armor was datamined.)

Yeah I was disappointed when my new level 24 got her dog. I’d expected him to be cute and bouncy...wag his tail and give me his paw or something. Chase a ball, maybe? But all he does is stand there, looking bored.

I think a lot of the canines in this game look pretty awful - the white wolves especially, are terrible. But yeah, the older dogs really need an update.

They also need an animation update - the new dogs run like dogs, but the older ones run more like rabbits.

White wolves?
Are you talking about the Karthwolf Shepherd? (The wolf with the red painted stripes.) I think that one looks great. I can't think of any other white wolf that was ever a pet.

bought shormhelm shepard because it looks like my dog... but as stated above i have that hollow red mouth, and the texture is just bad i had to unequip after 10 minutes... also still waiting for a wolf pet (aldult wolf with no red stripes please).

The "Ice Wolf" mount and "White River Ice Wolf Pup" non-combat pet that are in the Flame Atronach Crates. The rendering is fine (far better than the older dog models), but the animation on the faces, especially around the eyes, just does not work. This is actually largely true of many of their very-white-furred-and-blue-eyed pets and mounts. The derp is strong with them.

Dogs, horses, cats and regular wolves (non-Dire) could all get model updates.

Ah. I forgot there was a white wolf pup that went with this mount. I love the wolf puppies. I actually love both the wolf mounts and the pups.
