To recreate this animation glitch:
Activate power overload with any personality (duchess, thief, etc.) equipped. While standing still, crouch and stand up. You'll notice there is no animation between the crouch and standing position. I know it's a rather specific bug, but there you go, yet another bug regarding the personalities.
