in pvp. at times when hit. i can't move whatsoever. only roll dodge. im pretty much broken and can't even move until someone can get a free kill off me.
anyone else have this issue?

    I have had this issue a couple times now in two different dungeons. I can only roll dodge backwards. So far its only happened on my Magicka DK. I was able to break it once casting wall of elements.

    I was unable to break it with anything. even purifying ritual wasn't helping

    Not this issue but every now and again, I'll get some bug where I move really slow. Slower than toggling walk slow. It has only happened on my destro/resto healer and I managed to fix her with a heavy attack (thanks to someone in PvP zone chat). Not sure what causes it though.

    that has happened to me several times before this patch. it's like a perma slow and fixed upon death

    Have gotten stuck in place in Fang Lair and in CoA1. Could occasionally move about an inch if I held the W key while spamming light attacks. Only solution I found was port to player, since I couldn't use abilities or roll dodge, and weapons swap didn't solve it.

    I had the same in a public dungeon. Couldn't move in any direction. Mashing keys eventually freed me.

    There's a fix coming next week as per ESO live.

    Suggestions to reduce it is turn on autocast for abilities. Also heard it's often caused my caltrops or endless hail. If you're stuck try firing those abilities off again.

    I'm no expert but, wouldn't they be able to hotfix this stuff ? when they did a hotfix for that exp glitch

    They could, but it's not helping players at all so we have to wait on a fix.
