Crafting Writ Reward Crates bug

Whenever I try and open my crates that I've received as a reward for doing my crafting writs, it shows the area where the items are as blank and won't let me exit unless I hit the Menu/Start button. It lets me open them after several days but as an ESO+ subscriber a lot of what I receive in them would normally go in my craft bag, so the crates take up unnecessary space in my inventory. This happens with all 6 crafting writ crates.
