Lost all my stuff in home storage

I have 3 storage chests in my home (small ones), and I came back today and everything was missing from them.
All my monster helms, my trial sets, EVERYTHING.
ZOS, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME YOU CAN RESTORE ALL MY STUFF!!!

I had the same thing happening to me yesterday. It seems like if you have recently deleted a character, all of your bound items will be lost from the chests.

Access the Customer Support feature of this website, and proceed through the series of pages that will be shown until it offers you the ability to send a message to the support team.

Describe what has happened and include as much detail as possible, such as identifying one or more of the specific items which were lost. Although I can't make any promises, they have had the ability to retrieve and restore "lost items" in various contexts previously.

I have already opened a ticket in the customer support. Waiting for a response from them.

So they restored the character I deleted, and I was able to retrieve everything I'd lost.
Not sure why the bug was from deleting a character. Said character had never even made it past the tutorial stage or traveled to my house to touch the bank or chest. But yeah, it still happened anyway. Glad I got everything back, but I'm not putting anything into those chests until they fix this problem.
