Bloodroot Forge last boss bug

So we came across this weird bug during Gherig Bullblood fight. Before we kill the attendant of blood, a destruction staff ultimate was placed at the center of the room, over the lava and then Earthgore Amalgam spawned. We thought that could be a visual bug so we wiped but he still remained there with all the other 3 bosses. The chest reward from Bullblood's fight spawned only when we killed Earthgore and not before that. This happened on PC EU megaserver.
