Lost mine too. Xbox NA. Then tried to get in and got Error 303. This is the 4th time in less than a year this has happened to me as well. When I make a support ticket, I'm told to contact Xbox. When I call Xbox, I'm told to contact ZoS. Both of them point the finger at the other and say it's the others fault like children.

i had the same thing happen this morning. When I tried to log in and saw that steam users like myself wer ehaving trouble, I launched the game with the executable.

While in game, without the steam credentials, I didnt get any of my ESO+ perks.

So it very well could be on the M$ side of things.

It appears to be a ZOS issue....SoS different Month. Usually happens around the 28-31 day mark

I, for one, am pleased to hear that ESO plus has disappeared, and hope cash shop will disappear too.

Just happened to me too. Contacted Xbox support an was told I was billed but not charged and so that’s why I lost my eso plus...? Had to re-up it again even tho a few days earlier the $15 was taken out of my account.

Said this before but ESO on Xbox One needs its own support staff who share bug info and any other problems to the devs. As it stands right now I’m constantly having to hard reset my Xbone to get something to work properly and even be able to log in.

For real, right? I too hope ZOS will lose all forms of income so they can no longer support the game! Yay!

ESO+ is still a thing, it dropped off of the accounts, not the game. They already paid for it, and the problem will be fixed soon. It seems like your happy about other players being screwed over.

That’s a bit much. I just want it removed for a better model. It’s been such an issue for so long I’d be in favor of just buying things outright from the Xbox store.

Then just need Xbox to create shopping cart vs buying seperate items.

Uh-oh, the Steam bug has passed to console. Hang in there, brothers and sisters.

To the OP, I'm sorry this has happened to you. It seems to happen from time to time, there is no explicit reason why. ZOS blames Microsoft, Microsoft blames ZOS, its a lose lose situation for awhile. You just have to put in the tickets and keep responding to the emails.

Seems like sarcasm went straight over your head. Or you didn't bother to click the extended quote link to see who I was replying to.

Yep, this is the MAIN reason I will NEVER sub through a 3rd party.

Billed vs. Charged are 2 different things. When your sub expires, the 3rd party (steam, xbox live, playstation) will "BILL" your credit card. Since ZOS may not receive payment "CHARGE", they disable the subscription part until funds arrive. This usually happens if the billing cycle falls over a weekend/Holiday.

By dealing straight with ZOS, when my card is Billed, I get charged at the same time and don't have an interruption in my game access.

    Yeah but not really.
I get what you’re saying about going directly to the source but billed vs charged still applies when going directly to the source.

At least with this game....I was never convinced it was an Xbox problem cause ZOS had issues too when I was on PC only prior to console and steam releases.

The problem is actually ZOS tho...look here https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/categories/pc-technical-support

Notice the Steam folks having the same issues.

This is a horrible problem and seems to be fairly common. Pretty scary that people say Microsoft and ESO are pointing fingers at each other. I'm a little concerned that A) I won't get my money back and worse yet B) I won't be able to truly cancel membership when it's already billing my twice on one account.
