Guys please, If you're gonna make us pay out the pooper for outfitting, you can at least let us hide shoulder pieces like we can with head pieces, and with the shoulder positioning still being miles above the actual character model after 2 years of the community pleading for this to be fixed, even more reason to Please Let Us Hide Shoulders ZOS <3
You just going to stand there like a lemon?

No idea why this wasn't implemented from PTS feedback. We've been asking, and the feeling we get is that Zeni doesn't care what we want.

How hard could this one thing be to program?

People have been asking for this for years. My daughter, who has owned the game since the first day, started asking for it almost as soon as the game dropped. There have literally been hundreds of threads asking for this feature and for the removal of the "modesty flaps" and the tuille (hip flaps).

Zenimax has completely refused to allow it. They've also completely refused to fix the armor, allowing pieces to continue to be suspended in the air by forces unknown.

I want this for no other reason than it has been implemented so poorly. I'm not expecting that every piece of armor will look fantastic but this renders unattractive almost ever set that in the game. There are dozens of threads in the last few days asking for the removal of these items, asking people for work arounds (which should piece is most invisible, etc.) and so on.

I want to be able to turn off or hide:

    1. Shoulder Pieces.
    2. Tuille or hip flaps.
    3. Modesty flaps.
    4. Those annoying floating elbow and knee flaps.

Really, it can't be that hard to do since later armor sets have some of these features implemented.

Dear god, I hate those crotch and hip flaps that make my toons look like they're sporting a cheer leading outfit :/

That's when having one of these newfangled mouse thingies with the scroll wheel comes in handy! ;)

I will add to the agreement... it's very difficult to create an Outfit while being forced to add 'shoulders' when most of them do not even FIT the character and just float above them! For me the shoulders are the absolute worst aspect of not only crafting armor, but now with creating Outfits. I spend more time just trying to find a shoulder motif that actually looks decent without destroying the entire ensemble. :(@ZOS_GinaBruno are there any plans to add more 'hide' options with the Outfit system??? PLEASE!!!
