Using a fully-charged Heavy Attack against an Off Balance enemy will now restore double the amount of resources.

It is not an exploit if you are using a legit ability in the only way it can be used.
Powerlash being undodgeable was a “bug” mDKs took advantage of for years. Maybe ZOS should investigate those players as well
Hello everyone I bring dire news. The power lash morph of flame lash is bugged and is providing double the healing. This was not in any patch notes and thus is a bug. Any dragonknights using this ability are considered to be exploiting and as such action should be taken against them. They can obviously see that the heal is broken and thus should stop using it immediately. Anyone who continues to use powerlash is breaking the code of conduct. I propose a wide ban of anyone using power lash in the last day. Permanent of course.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »The ZeniMax Code of Conduct that you agreed to when starting the game states that you will not exploit any bug, or abuse any game system.

Unfortunately, ZOS tends to do things in the game that never make it to the patch notes. If this is your only method of determining what is an exploit, then you really should rethink it. I'm not saying that it isn't necessarily working as intended, but you can't ban someone for how a skill behaves if ZOS broke it in the first place. If we followed this logic, then everyone currently using mist form should be banned. It's too wacked out. Or maybe anyone using Cloak should be banned?
