Dying in Maelstrom Arena and then unable to rez

I don't know why. I don't know how. But it is happening and beyond annoying.
This patch seems to be one of the buggiest yet. Please let us know you are at least TRYING to fix the issues people are reporting?
EDIT: The not-being-able-to-rez is annoying, not Maelstomr Arena. That has it's own little place of hatred in my bile duct.
