Any tips for the last boss of vma?

Been struggling with this *** for a few hours now, would really appreciate some tips.

Start
If you are stamina try to burst the boss as soon as he spawns, to avoid the Crematorial Guard, if you have that on you, the boss and the healer, surviving is rather hard; you may get a pass if you are DK and cast Corrosive Armor then burst them all down. If you are magicka it's better to let the boss move, draw the healer on top and throw Elemental Rage on all 3, then shield trough. After he climbs up be sure to kill the healer if she's not dead already since she will bombard you with Reflective Light type of spell while you're up, adding that on top of the Soul Churn DoT. Kill the ghost Clannfear on the shiny portal and go up.

Crystals
Start counter-clockwise to get an easier time catching the shield, then break the crystals as you go. If the Soul Churn DoT gets too strong - it will increase the more time you spend upstairs - you may want to get down, but note another Crematorial Guard will spawn. Harness Magicka (or Hardened Ward if you are sorcerer) will mitigate it and Deadly Cloak will also mitigate it if you are stamina. Try to stay on the inner part of the ring and watch out for the skulls the boss throws at you. Move side to side to avoid the meteors as you damage the crystal. As the wall spawns move behind it and keep ranged DPS on the next crystal to save time - easy if you are magicka, for stamina Endless Hail, Poison Injection and Light/Heavy attacks will do the job also.

Back down again
As you break the 3rd crystal you will be thrown down; if you have a DoT and there's a tiny amount of health on the last just cast that and jump down since you'll avoid the stun and lava bath. Grab the defense sigil (optionally the damage one if you feel your DPS is too low) immediately and don't interrupt the boss while he's channeling since the reflected damage will harm him; put some DoTs on him then start grabbing the ghosts. Also kill the summoner if your DPS is not good enough since she will call out a big skeleton after a while (same as round IV).

Execute
Save your ultimate until you get the 3rd ghosts, then dump your ultimate on the boss while they are stunned, then execute; the Crematorial should die from the ground DoTs anyway so don't bother focusing it.
