Before the patch it was a 14 second buff. Now the buff only lasts 10 seconds. I thought it felt shorter so I checked out an old clip and confirmed it. Will post pics tomorrow.

donJay✭✭✭Actually, it was most likely bugged before the patch since I checked ESO Academy and it clearly states 10 seconds.
Here is proof that it was 14 seconds last patch
