And I say, hey yeah yeah, hey yeah yeah
I said hey, what's going on?

Leave the complaining and ZOS bashing for those threads already established but is there a way we can put everything going on, and links to the appropriate threads? The whole world seems to be melting down here just what has gone on since DB/17 released?

Also, don't delete any characters if you already bought and filled any of the new housing storage chests.
Apparently someone at ZOS thought it was a good idea to wipe all your bound items in those chests when you delete any of your characters.

1. PC/NA Dragonbones DLC update goes live on schedule, PC/EU gets an extra expected 12 hours of maintenance
2. PC/NA begins to experience the Outfit System and because a number of things got moved and the Outfit UI is a little confused compared to the normal dye system begin to meltdown over a number of misunderstandings and sticker shock.
3. PC/NA begins to report that exp in the Imperial City is increased 1000x with people getting 1.9 million exp for killing mobs as they farm tel var for the new storage chests.
4. PC/EU goes up ahead of schedule.
5. PC/NA and PC/EU are pulled down due to the issue with exp gain in the Imperial City.
6. Both servers com back up and there are persistent bugs like delayed weapon swapping and werewolf issues that will hopefully be addressed in Monday's incremental patch.
7. ZOS announces that they are dealing with the exp issue in Imperial City on a "case by case basis" after an audit: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/395122/pc-mac-na-eu-downtime-2-12-18-3-20pm-est-complete Naturally, that's like blood in the water on the forums.
Continuing Issues:
Bugs like Delayed Weapon Swapping (partial remedy: set your texture settings to low) and werewolf form
People struggling with the Outfit System or complaining about it (partial remedy: you can dye equipped gear for free with "No Outfit", using the "Outfit 1" option costs gold for styles and dyes.) I've got a thread For Outfitting and Dyeing 101 that addresses a lot of the confusion and misconceptions with the new outfit System: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/395390/outfitting-dyeing-101
The Imperial and Morag Tong Converter can no longer be used to convert actual gear to those styles (YMMV on whether that's an issue)
Everyone's waiting to see what happens with the Imperial City exp bug and exploiters, so the usual arguments about exploiting and the TOS are being made.
So in short, the rollout of the new DLC was(is) plagued by several large and high-profile bugs, plus implementing a new system that the playerbase initially struggled to figure out.
You forgot that one of the most anticipated features of the DLC, home storage has a crippling bug that will delete items if the character that placed them is deleted.
