Guys, I'm not talking about priority in solving these problems. Of course, they should fix log in issues first. I'm not an idiot. Well, at least, I think that I'm not.
I'm talking about priority in awaring people about issues. I know how tech support works when they need to return items or characters (not just ESO's support, I mean all of MMO support teams), and I really doubt that all players will get all their items back.
