Can no longer split stacked items in character bank

PC NA. Problem started today (not yesterday when update 17 was installed). My character can split items in her inventory but the option to split stacks of items in the bank no longer appears when right clicking on the stack. I asked a friend to try and they encountered the same problem so I'm guessing it is not just me.
Impact is notable in that in order to 'top up' what my character carries in her inventory (lockpicks, food, potions, soul gems) she currently has to transfer an entire stack from the bank into her inventory, split it up in her inventory and deposit the excess back in the bank. Tedious and an almost certainly unintended change I should think.
Others noticing same thing?
Edit: Update: Tried later today and the problem is fixed now. I did submit an in game bug report when I first discovered it this morning so I'm guessing whatever it was is fixed. *happy panda*
