Light Attack BUG or something else?

When make light atack many times it doesnt shoot. Anybody has the same problem?

Pretty sure it's a latency issue. I have the same, always had since I'm using Wifi and not cable. Some clicks or button pushes are simply not registered by the game.

Oh I see you have the effect on a weapon, so could be a graphic bug, test it on a skeleton.

But my latency is not that bad it was 90-120 and FPS is 60+

and yes i tested on a dummy and it is NOT hitting ...That is aweful cuz it is massing up all the rotations and etc.

it's not just LA... anyone noticed even in group content that skills are not firing as they normally would? There are numerous complaints of this, and I have personally seen real issues with either a skill not firing, or a 2 second delay in what's billed as an action combat MMO.

My guess is it's tied to the ever increasing server "lag" (network infrastrcuture, server capacity, latency, etc.)?

Let me guess, it's just "my network" that's the problem right? Did we all just forget about those reports with details about the ZOS provider networks?

I want to say because there may be a light attack cooldown (1 sec?) is why they aren't firing. When you're sitting there only light attacking without using skills, you can do more light attacks since your character isn't "weaving," using up another animation and skill cooldown (1 sec). This allows you to fire quicker than the cooldown, but it won't fire/damage because ZOS won't allow it.

That's my understanding anyway, dunno if I'm even right. Could be something else entirely, like..a bug.

Oh good or bad. I've noticed some LAs and even HAs and skills are just not applying. Good to know there is nothing wrong on my side. Server issue then.

Simple, it’s not that pressing the button counts, it’s the animation too. It seems to be limited to one projectile attack, if it’s weapon based, at a time.

Another comment mentioned there may be a cool down.
I think you’d want to pause a bit because I’ve never seen where the game would allow multiple weapon projectile attacks

Servers cant handle the new outfit system it appears. Big issue with swapping weapons and it has been tied to outfits and textures.

wait, I thought it was the non combat pets, and housing, and the wildlife in Cyrodil that the servers couldn't handle?

Honestly, I can believe that reasoning as it's been a factor in other MMOs... the more variables.. If it's truly the case ZOS could do some streamlining (ex. only one material type for crafting, etc.)
