Meh.
- I don't PvP, so I'll have no issues there. NO IC = no issues.
- I don't bar swap, ever, so there's no issues there.
- My CP is plenty high 630+, so even if CP are "underewarded", I'll survive just fine.
- Even if my Characters are a bit weakened, my wife and I team up constantly, so with both of us cracking away, mobs/Bosses still won't be an issue.
- I'm excited for the House Storage, and it's been quite a long time since I've deleted any characters. So again, no issues there.
- I'm probably not going to use the one free outfit slot on any more than 2-3 characters, so I can afford the Gold for that. But once per character is all I need, so even the Gold isn't much of an issue (and no, I don't have millions of Gold, my characters are pretty damn poor to be honest).
- I only have one Vampire, and he's used only to give bites out. So any changes to Vamps will not affect him.
- I already know a ton of "rare" motif's completely, so I won't have to worry about price spikes from guild traders.
- I have no NB's.
- I have no DK's.
- My Magicka Templars will be just fine with the minimal changes coming to them.
So... yeah.
I'm having trouble finding where I should be having issues with the upcoming DLC/Update/Patch.
Well you know there's like a million other players who will have issues with those things.
Also LOL what do you mean you don't bar swap????
This might seem a bit selfish, but what "may affect millions of other players", still does not affect me. So I can still afford to be excited for the Update/Patch.
And it is as it says.
I don't bar swap. I have no secondary weapon equipped on any of my Magicka Templars. I have my mian primary weapon, one bar of Skills, and that's it.
My Skill rotation does plenty of damage, plus it heals me while I'm cranking it out. My wife runs a Sorcerer who only has the one Skill bar for her DPS and Pets as well. Between the two of us, overland mobs are still laughably easy.
We roll through Delves and Public Dungeons just fine, just the two of us. We can even make it through most of the 4- Man group dungeons, just the two of us (though I will admit, the 4-man dungeons do provide us with a challenge, but every so often we -want- that challenge).
We don't PvP, we don't run the 12-man Trials. We don't do Undaunted... anything.
What we have, works well for us. And that does not include feeling as if a second set of weaponry and the associated second bar skill set is necessary in any way.
So no, I don't bar swap.

I really hope you are joking but i know you are not. Creatures like this actually exist.
If you PvP at a high level, you will not like the patch. Everything is just off, especially with CC.
Whatever they did with synergies being off GCD also *** with how CC break frees and weapon swaps interact with the GCD. Knockbacks are just completely messed up right now, but only in laggy situations.
And everything now is laggy
If you’re a PvE’er that wants to look pretty, then it’s a great patch. The outfit system is pretty cool.
If someone is happy completing what they want, how they want, and it doesn't affect you, why be patronizing?Uriel_Nocturne wrote: »Apache_Kid wrote: »Uriel_Nocturne wrote: »Uriel_Nocturne wrote: »For the record:

Do you log in? Do you use wayshrines? Do you dare change toons? Or go to a house? Do you change zones? If so, this update sucks, at the moment. I really love the update when I’m not watching the loading screen and most of the bugs didn’t hit me. But for now, I’m fishing and getting around on horse back because neither of those go to a loading screen. The content of this update is fantastic imo, but it’s a “soon” situation.
I don't want this patch to be implemented if it means you can't bar swap in PvP...talk about ruining PvP, this would do it
You can keep the new content if this is the case...

This just puts it into perspective and sounds horrible I really hope they delay they update for us console players until all issues are fixed with it

Yeah its not fun. Transitions take at least 15 seconds minimum now and ive went over 45 seconds with no apparent issues with lag at the time. Going to the character screen ive had to wait 20-30 seconds AFTER the 10 second countdown before it would even switch to the loading screen. I just sat there with the black countdown box on my screen for that long. Ive actually been logged completely out of the game several times while just going to the character loading screen. Ive had a couple of crashes and if i could harvest all the bugs their are in game now, id have enough insect parts to catch every fish in Tamriel twice. I just found a new one today with graphics in abahs landing. I was running up stairs that had no stairs nor texture. just a white slope.Everything else was loaded and fine but those stairs. Then i was in the double thimble in Abahs doing a little five finger discount shopping and i noticed that entire sacks where missing, also some of the crates of carpet where gone. And when i went upstairs a sack was missing and one of the hidey holes was non existent. It was really weird. When i logged out and back in everything was back. Its a bug i never had before.
This patch is a disaster.

You console players might be in for a mess. The PC version is riddled with bugs many of which were already known during PTS testing but still went live.

We already can’t bar swap half the time in pvp. This bug would just ruin it. The loading screen bug on console ensured many people left the game.
Can we just not get the update on console please I've been reading the forums and seeing nothing but people complaining about it bugs bugs and more bugs we don't want it can you guys just keep it @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I'm serious lol
Sounds like most days for me, wonder if I'll notice any difference.Anotherone773 wrote: »Colecovision wrote: »disintegr8 wrote: »I want the patch for the following reasons:
