Crown store issue with dyes "Already Applied"

Hi team. Just a quick heads up - there seems to be a bug with the latest dyes. When I go to preview them, there is no option and the tooltip says "Already applied" and that's on every dye in the store. I'd also prompt you to get in touch with the peopole who deal with exploits as I had to report another issue with dyes yesterday (there was no option for what I specfically needed so i had to choose exploit - its not an exploit as such but its something that could be taken advantage of). I am having this same issue as an ESO subscriber. I bought the Valentines holiday dye pack and it didn't update. Normally, anything purchased from the Crown store should 'grey out' indicating you have already purchased it. Since IT DID NOT GREY OUT I bought it again and the transaction went thru as well. This needs to be fixed asap or I am going by to being a non subscriber. This latest patch is truly awful.

It's not only dyes. Nearly everything in the crown store can't be previewed anymore - but for dyes this is clearly the most problematic thing. The only things for which the preview still works are homes.
