Level up advisor and Flame Atronach crates

The Crowns crates, being one time only, are they going to be flame atronach for ever even for new accounts in the future? Or are they going to rotate according to the seasons?
I am asking so I can see if I should level up my alts now or later :P

✭✭✭✭✭I hope its locked to flame atronach because the rewards are once per account. Otherwise, everyone who rushed to level up now might have preferred to wait and level up during the new crown crate season.2 -

That coupled with the untitled crying people WILL do if the crates change with the season leads me to believe they will always be flame atronach. I may be wrong, but why would they want to do that to themselves. I mean, have you seen the complaints about receiving free stuff since the update? That is just giving people things. If they change, people will feel something was taken from them.0 -
