We are all aware of the problem. This has been a recurring problem for years. The real problem is that ZOS does not engage its playerbase fairly and directly about performance issues.
They never seem to acknowledge how bad it is for us, nor do they ever give us a reason, or a timeline to fix other than "we're working on it."
The real problem to solve is how to get ZOS to care about their own game.
