Hey, I'm just wondering when the houses for the new DLC will be implemented into the NA server? I've found one house in Gold Coast, very near the Kvatch Wayshrine, named: "The Erstwhile Sanctuary". Looks like a Dark Brotherhood house, but I was wondering about the Palace and such.

    Some of the houses were made available when the patch was available but there was an issue with the cost so they were pulled for the time being until that issue is fixed

    You can still look around in them. I was exploring the sanctuary and palace earlier today. They're just not available for purchase.

    Abah's Landing in Hew's Bane. It's along the east side of the harbor, all the way at the end. You should see the icon for it on your compass if you wander that area of the docks a bit.

    Yes, people were able to buy the houses for 1 crown each!

    Must take a lot of effort to change a "1" to "13000" in their store. :(

    I assume Surreal Estate will be an exclusive during the Anniversary Event.
