Shatter Soul snare

While patchnotes state that all morphs of Soul Assault ultimate loosing it snare, Shatter Soul still has snare that does snare enemies.
P.S.: it incorrect in patchnotes:
"Soul Assault: This ability and its morphs no longer snare the enemy target." While SA is not original ult but morph of Soul Strike, so it unclear if it only morph should loose it all morphs of initial ult.
P.S.S.: on other hand - it was so underrated morph that no one used.
