New Dragon Bones DLC Question

As an ESO Plus player I understand I get access to the new DLC without having to buy it. I noticed that to buy the new mount and new pet, it costs 4000 crowns, the same as the DLC pack - which if I am understanding it correctly includes the new mount and pet?? + an experience scroll. Am I reading that correctly or does buying the pack only give players the ability to then buy the mount and pet? An ability we as ESO Plus players automatically have? Just trying to clarify whether I should buy the mount and pet separately or buy the pack and get these two items, plus the experience scroll? (I will always be a subscriber - (ESO Plus in local parlance)).
Any advice that will dissipate my confusion would be appreciated. Cheers.

If you buy the pack, it comes with the mount and pet. You do still get the DLC's as well (if your subscription ever lapses, you will still have those DLC's - I bought most of the DLC's before I subbed, so subbing doesn't "get me" those as a benefit, only new ones that are released). Subbing "rents" them, whereas buying "purchases" them (for as long as the game is active/you're not permabannedforlife).
