I'm not sure about everyone else but I don't see the problem? With this patch you wanted to make leveling a character worth it, and try and make IC relevant again. It looks like you did just that! There goes my motivation to make a new character

It was insanely and obviously broken, and assuming you've seen the actual numbers involved, you'd know that.
