New DLC Patch Download

All morning I have tried to download the new DLC and update getting PatchManifestErrors and having to do Repairs. I have download the new DLC and Update now three times and still cannot get the game to load. Now after another repair the new DLC and patch is downloading again. Geeze how many times do I have to download the new DLC and patch. Whats going on?
