[SOLVED]Shades of Green/Retaking the Pass problem

So I'm aware that Shades of Green is an umbrella quest. I've completed the Blight of Bosmer and Right of Theft.
I cannot get Retaking the Pass from Bodring outside of Marbruk. I read some threads with the same problem and they said abandoning SoG and logging out for 15 mins would do it.
I did so, and Bodring still isn't giving me the quest, and now I don't have Shades of Green either nor do I know how to get it back.
Help?
EDIT: Figured it out. For anyone having this problem, the prerequisite quest is Staff of Magnus, finish it and Bodring by Marbruk will give you the quest.
