sentinel of rkugamz- self heals?

Anyone know if the sentinel set will proc from your own heals on yourself, or does it only work when healing allies? Thinking I'm about it for a stamina Sorceror tank, as a method of extra stamina generation (proccing it with critical surge via hurricane, or with other set procs like livewire/bahraha's curse).

Yes it procs on self heals. Works well for tanking when you need help self sustaining.

Seconded. When I have 3 hots running it procs pretty much as soon as it comes off cooldown, and helps any teammates in range.

It can even proc on critical leech and resilient stars (red CP)
