Weapon Enchants+Status Effects

Hi,
can anyone tell me which weapon enchant provides which status effect?
Which one do u think is the most useful enchant for infused+torucs pact?
shock? fire for vampires? oblivion?

btw. did they finally fix miats?

Status effects -> http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Combat#Status_Effects

Torugs -> Probably Oblivion or the one that comes from the Hakeijo rune and damages undead and Daedra

Shock in most cases if you're using spell crit/spell penetration as main stat (MAYBE fire if you are a DK)

Disease for weapon crit/armor penetration as main stat.

Oblivion enchant is crap.

Im using infused+torucs.. atm im using Shock for +8%dmg and was thinking
about to switch to oblivion.. sometimes im getting hit in pvp with decrease health for 3-5k

it got nerfed but you can still use it with infused, even more so with Torug's pact. The good thing about Oblivion is it bypasses shields iirc.

so 5k Shockdmg would be equivalent to 2,5k oblivion? so shock would be good on low armor targets, while oblivion is good for shields and high armor targets right?

2 reasons oblivion is crap:
It bypasses shields. Basically this means the damage is wasted since your other damage hits the shield, and the low dmg it does directly on the health is automatically healed up by entropy/swallow soul/surge passive healing.
It has a rather low value and cannot crit. It also does not have a secondary effect.

It will only outdamage a shock/disease damage glyph at high mitigation values and if you have low crit. And the slight damage increase it provides in this very specific scenario does not outweight the pretty good uptime on minor breach/major defile from the alternatives.
