    Hello there,
    I'm a first-time poster but long-time lurker, and I finally dare to show a picture of my latest lad in a real outfit:

    He was a real bore - I originally made him wear Lion Guard stuff and forced him to shave every day, but the lad himself obviously had other ideas.
    Now he's wearing a mix of Argonian, Mazzatun, Deadwater and Bosmer armor along with the white Xanmeer crate body painting (forgot the name, forgive me) and the chalk-and-coal skull face paint. Oh, and the swallowtail beard. And he's feeling really good :).
    PC EU.

    Just letting you know that today is the 1 year anniversary for the release of the outfit system. I have updated the OP to list about when dlc updates dropped to show when certain motifs were added so you can see the difference in variety

    @SniperDaria, were your characters created in that order, or did you play out-of-sequence? I have a few characters that have been used in more than one TES game (to the extent of making my own Orc mod for Daggerfall to do so), but I played Oblivion first, then Daggerfall, then Skyrim, Morrowind, Arena. The reasons for that weird order are various, such as avoiding Steam for as long as I could manage.

    I ask because the initial character tends to set the criteria for the others, and I'm wondering which is your "prototype". Most of mine started in Oblivion, naturally, but one or two came from later games, and got ported back.

    I started with Arena in 1993, which is why I had to mod in my race in Morrowind and beyond. My character is a Khajiit and as you can see in Arena and Daggerfall, Khajiits did not look so catlike, but were just like humans with some feline traits, face markings and tails. Later when they made Redguard and decided to make the Khajiits look more like cats, they retconned the Arena and Daggerfall Khajiits as Ohmes-Raht. So the look of my character was very much influenced by the games I played first and forced me to mod in the race and face markings in subsequent games in order to continue playing the same character. Fortunately in ESO, some nice dev included my characters face markings with the Bosmers :)
