Down time varies from a couple of hours to the worse case being 7-8 hours.

Once the patch starts downloading the game comes back on line shortly after most of the time.

PS: went from 30% to 90% in only like 1 minute lol

i downloaded it already and can't log in yet. it says still under maintenance..patch notes are out thought.

Just bought the game recently -- how long does the server usually stay down for maintenance? I don't see the time range listed anywhere.

This is a DLC update - so it can take a while - especially when they say, that the EU server has some problems. So maybe a couple of hours more.

after reading the patch notes. i have 2 questions. 1 if our characters are already lvl 50+ will we still get the leveling rewards? 2. i heard that if we make a new character for this dlc will get a free house storage item. is that true. also. question to the players. after going thru the notes anybody else feel like..........

could you be so kind to give us some information about the current issues with the patch on eu server like mentioned in the german section. And maybe if the status of Zaan in the current patch notes is intended or just a copy and paste thing, because its back like in the first pts week.

Never select repair without closing launcher completely and restarting a few times. It can be only your connection to patch server and can resolve easily. *Especially* if it says patch manifest error or similar.

I didn't select anything. The patch update went Download, Verify, Repair without me doing a thing. It's not the first time and I'm far from happy.

Leveling rewards are NOT retroactive. You'll have to make a new character to get all of them.

Yes, the storage coffer is a leveling reward.
