Is it posible to create a PURE build around the skills: DISEASE, POISON?
If so link below :)

You could perhaps have a full bar of nothing but Poison abilities if you're a StamDK but as for a full build focused purely on Poison/Disease Damage, I don't believe it to be possible nor viable as an end game build.

There just isn't enough Poison/Disease damage skill in the game for that.

I tried it on a stamdk with the Morag tong and viper sets. Damage was pretty bad, not worthwhile imo.

But if somebody want to RP :)? Not everybody is into trails and veteran dungeons.
I plan to to that for overland and normal content.

For PvE you need Stamina Dragonknight and to use bow. Both have 3 + 3 poison skills/morphs. Nightblade is not worth IMO even they have access to disease skills.

Now for gear, there are several possible sets:
Dungeon: Viper's Sting / Widowmaker / Sheer Venom
    Overland: Defiler
PvP: The Morag Tong / Vicecanon of Venom

The Morag Tong + Sheer Venom are probably your best bet.

Special mention of Eternal Hunt and Assassin's Guile sets for PvP B).

Also, AFAIK for trial 4x DKs oriented on poison damage work, isn't it?

    EDIT
For PvP, Nightblade bow/bow poison damage build is OP in right hands.

Aldmeri Dominion (PC EU via Steam)

The cowardly Wood Elves are best noted for their unwillingness to engage in a face-to-face attack; a Bosmer will strike at you from every side except the front. You won't cross swords with a Bosmer, but you might catch an arrow in the throat. Be wary in forests and jungles, and watch your back.

There's two setups I ran, both on a stamdk:

    Setup 1:
    5x viper's sting
    5x morag tong
    2x spawn of mephala
front bar dual wield, back bar bow

The benefit to this setup is that the morag tong set increases ALL poison damage on the target you're attacking, including damage from procs (like spawn of mephala, viper's sting, poison enchants or alchemical poisons on weapons, etc.) This is definitely the better setup to go with IMO, and is perfectly viable for easier vet dungeons (not the hardmodes).

    Setup 2:
    5x viper's sting
    5x swamp raider
2x spawn of mephala or 2x velidreth
front bar dual wield, back bar bow

The main change here is that the swamp raider set boosts both poison and disease damage, and depending on your starting damage with abilities it may give you more damage than morag tong. However, swamp raider does not improve any procs like those from mephala or velidreth, or poison enchants, or alchemical poisons, so overall the damage is much lower than setup 1.

In either case you want to keep noxious breath up for the major fracture, and your priority poison skills are venomous claw, poison injection, and acid spray. Obviously you still want to keep endless hail going as well, and caltrops if you have it, to maximize aoe damage over time.

It's definitely a fun setup and good for a theme-based character but it just wont compete at the high end.

you mean have a full bar of 2 poison dots and 3 nothing?

Morag Tong is actually a very good set for trials group buff. But solo is not really worth slotting it.

Venomous claw, noxious breath, corrosive armor, acid spray, poison injection, lethal arrow, poison barrage, shadow silk, proc sets like viper, poison enchants and alchemy poisons on weapons, there's a lot of poison damage sources available. Morag tong boosts them all by 10%

Not enough decent abilities to produce a strong trial build sDK, especially given Hail and Caltrops are important skills that you cannot replace wo a DPS loss.
