Guild events in isolation

We're a casual guild with mostly PvE players. In order to try to promote PvP a bit we would like to host guild events where we form 2 or 3 groups in different factions. Ideally it would be pretty nice if one group can e.g. defend a keep while the other two groups attack it.

We tried this last night in Shor (PC, EU) in some of Cyro's lesser known locations (thus open battle, no keep defense). The first two attempts fell flat as our battle was invaded by externals. A fun and fair 4-4-4 battle becomes a bit unbalanced when two of the factions are overrun by an external group of ~10 players. To be expected, Cyro is open PvP.

Our last battle somehow went unnoticed. Not sure how, but we had about an hour worth of uninterrupted fighting to ourselves. I'm pretty sure that some of those who joined us will be seen in Cyro again. We have a couple of fairly good PvPers. They went light on us PvP noobs, so we had the chance to actually learn a bit, which was pretty nice to have.

Any suggestions on how to host guild PvP events in more isolation? As far as I know there's no Battlefields mode where you can enter with 3 pre-made teams knowing that they'll face each other?

Not elite, not the best. Just enjoying ESO.
Not the worst either. "Casual" != "totally ignorant"

Synchronized the queues for a BG.

Have the three group leaders in the same discord. When one gets a queue pop, check and see if the other two groups got it. Do not accept a queue pop until all three groups have it.

Doesn’t take too long to do once you get the hang of it.

Stay away from keeps, go to the far edges of the map if you want uninterrupted fights; people "rarely" go to the edges.

The best way I have found for guilds to practice pvp is to go to someone's house where the have room and duel. Gives you a private place to practice and talk.

    Thanks for the suggestions!

Playing at the outskirts will work, at least until some group decides to see what 3-faction battle is going on in the middle of nowhere. I guess we could get away with playing at such a spot for a while at least.

Is it possible for a group to duel another group, or is duels always 1v1? We ended last night at about 6v5. A 6v5 duel at someone's house would be pretty fun. Alternatively Hammerdeath will also work quite well. That is, if group duelling is possible. Never tried that, so I've no idea.

Dueling out of cyro is only 1v1 but if you want to practice pvp alot of times 1v1 fights help the most. Plus you have people watching to tell you what you did that worked, didn't work, and should do.

Imperial city sewers down by where Molag Bal is. Hardly anyone ever goes to the center anymore, definitely not large groups.
