just do PVE content in cyrodiil/imp city with friends on different factions. I got the idea to do this with some people I wanted to go skyshard hunting with "let's get the hard ones out of the way first" I said; failing to consider all 3 of us were ona different faction. We went ahead and did it anyway. It was challenging, especially considering the 2 others were fresh n00b who didn't even know how to enter cyrodiil. Blackguard need not be it's own class. Can be a tank-tree for "necromancer"-- Though I think even the necromancer thing should just be one skill tree available to a class that's less generic than "necromancer"
also if they implement bards they should do it by implementing full blown rogues first. These shadow-casters known as nightblades are only barely a passing substitute.0 -

Not if you tank.
Then again the changes they made to blocking could have been a bug or reverted, they were not mentioned anywhere in the patch notes. We'll see.

I'd not heard of this and it's not mentioned in the patch notes. Should players be cautious about this?

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerHere are the main fixes from the last PTS patch, with the two biggest ones at the top:
- Fixed an issue where the performance in Maelstrom Arena could degrade over time.
- Fixed an issue where some abilities, such as Light Attacks or Entropy, could break invisibility on an enemy if used at the exact moment they went invisible.
- Fixed an issue where you would see snow flickering on the roof of some smaller Nord houses.
- Broken Bonds: Naryu is no longer immune to being knocked down for a few seconds after each part of her combat tutorial.
- Heart of a Telvanni: Fixed an issue where you could occasionally not use the exit door to the mine.
- Adjusted the visuals from the inside of the Priest of the Green’s skirt.
- Fixed a visual issue that would occur when combining Wood Elf Horns and the Standing Wave hairstyle.
- The Brass Fortress Rebreather no longer appears with a gap around the collar, or causes your character’s head to appear deformed.
- Improved the collision with the Hew’s Bane Lantern furnishing.

Because Kai, the German community manager, works now in Germany, with german office hours.
The english community managers are in the US (East Coast) and usually not yet in the office when maintenance ends.
As a result they're not used or less used than Kai to keeping us updated on maintenance ending times and potential delays.
