I'm having a huge amount of trouble finding anything made for the no-CP campaign, and am too bad to theorycraft my own ***. Anyone have any pointers or builds I oughta look at to get some ideas going on?
Sustain is key in no cp. cost decrease glyphs can be more effective than regen because you’re not getting any increase from cp. just build like you normally would but for more sustain and learn ro heavy attack.
I feel like ravager + bone pirate becomes even more efficient in no-CP. Probably pair it with 2x troll king. Damage is never lacking in no-CP and sustain is king. Impregnable loses a little bit of value IMO because people are hitting significantly fewer crits in no-CP compared to CP PvP.
I know that pushing max stats has never been a huge thing on stamplars that I've seen (admittedly, it's folks like Essa and Rhage), but in no-CP because the lower max stats it's FAR more efficient to stack weapon damage over a max stat, especially on stamplar. Basically, you get 6% from undaunted (4% if doing the typical bone pirate/ravager setup) and potentially a maximum of 16% increased max stamina if you're a redguard. Weapon damage will get major brutality (potentially minor if you're with a DK) and the templar passive for a 26% increased weapon damage.
i run a 2h - s/b build in pvp atm that works in no cp and cp well, its high sustain and ult regen which lets you be super tanky.
2 blood spawn or troll king
5 bone pirate on the body
3 jewl cowards + s/b back bar, infused sword with weap dmg glyp
front bar nirn 2h maul from SA, (asylum 2h)
bars are:
2h- pol rune reverse slice jabs rally dbos
s/b shuffle cleanse heroic slash reverb vigor s/b ult or healing ult in group
my regen sits well over 2k in no cp due but i will be using spring loaded infusion next patch when it finally works with bone pirate for more mag to cleanse.
If you want more damage slightly you can swap to powerful assault on the back bar which i have done in the past and is nice for group play. both cowards and PA work well and give similar numbers.
as far as jewl enchants, i find those to be personal preference but i run 2x regen 1x weap dmg and warrior in no cp and in cp 3x dmg and serpent. (with cowards)
with PA i run 2x regen 1x weap dmg and warrior at all times.
if you want a s/b build id go 5 rav or 7th with 5 bone and 2 veli, spawn or troll king.
5 bone, 3 endurance vma s/b and a asylum or vma 2h works well too as vma s/b gives super nice mag sustain.
